Claims & Returns



All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Damaged or defective items (e.g. manufacturing defect or embroidery error) can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange and issue an exchange item, store credit or refund, depending on the nature of the return (exchange or defective merchandise). Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your mailed item to process your return. In the case of a refund, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by phone or email when your return has been processed. Please note in the event of an exchange if you are having a new item mailed to you; you will be responsible for any shipping charges. In that event, we will contact you for shipping payment information.



To return an item by mail, please email customer service at to obtain a authorization. After receiving authorization, pack the item securely in a box, padded envelope, or other secure packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking to mail your return. The Swag Bag cannot be held liable for any shipment damage incurred during transit; so we also recommend you understand and obtain insurance coverage for the shipment method of your choice.



The items your return must be ready to return to inventory and resell. You will NOT GET A REFUND and we will NOT RETURN THE DELIVERY if the items you return are in any of the following UNACCEPTABLE conditions:

a) Washed or worn.

b) Wrinkled either from use or improper return packaging.

c) Dirty, soiled or stained including deodorant, make-up, pet hair, dust, etc.

d) Odors including smoke, perfume, food, chemicals etc.

e) Missing packaging including hangers, tags, stickers etc.

f) Otherwise not resalable condition.



Some items are sold with specific exceptions to our standard return policy.





If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost as calculated by our system UPS Ground rates, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard return fee
